Qualifications
Responsibilities:Write high-quality, thoroughly tested code and conduct code reviews for team members. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to transform requirements into actionable products, leading the execution from start to finish. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to peers, guiding them through architectural decisions and coding trade-offs. Lead strategic technical initiatives across engineering teams, influencing the broader engineering organization. Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering. Proven expertise in coding, a thorough understanding of cloud architectures, algorithms, and exceptional debugging skills. Ability to manage projects from gathering requirements through to release management and operational monitoring. Experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale production systems on the cloud, ensuring high availability and smooth operations. Capability to construct systems from the ground up, particularly in a 0→1 building environment. A strong desire to stay updated with modern software development/Web3 best practices and to shape our tech stack as we expand our systems and services. Experience mentoring junior engineers. Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a Technical Lead role. Familiarity with time-series based monitoring and observability systems.
