As a Senior Business Controller, you will serve as a strategic partner, providing direction, creating value, and making a difference in an organization that is professionalizing, digitizing, and expanding. You will focus on returns, performance, and future-proof decision-making, directly influencing management, partners, and private equity stakeholders. Your Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Leadership
You will be the strategic mind behind our financial direction:
* Lead the financial-economic thought process within business units.
* Advise management, the management team, and partners, providing insights with a wide-ranging impact.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating them into concrete strategic recommendations.
* Rigorously challenge business cases and investment decisions on returns, risks, and long-term value.
2. Value Creation & Performance Management
You will be the driving force behind financial and operational growth:
* Actively manage improvements in margins, cash flow, productivity, and KPI development.
* Identify substantial process and performance improvements within the business units and across the organization.
* Advise on optimizing portfolio, pricing, resources, and capacity planning.
3. Planning, Forecasting & Scenario-Driven Management
You will make the future predictable and manageable:
* Develop high-quality multi-year models, scenario analyses, and forecasts that guide organizational goals.
* Responsible for a strong, forward-looking planning and control cycle.
* Translate the value creation plan into concrete steering parameters for management and operations.
4. Process Automation & Organization-Wide Improvement
You will bring innovation:
* Initiate and lead programs in process standardization, automation, forecasting, and AI applications.
* Be a visible change agent within the organization, directly impacting professionalization and digitization.
5. Senior Stakeholder Management
You will connect, persuade, and align interests:
* Serve as a partner for C-level leaders, partners, and investors.
* Harmonize business, finance, and private equity interests in well-supported strategic decisions.
