  • Oversee comprehensive sales strategies to guarantee optimal valuation by:

    • Managing sales activities and fostering account relationships.

    • Negotiating purchasing requirements that internal supply chain partners cannot fulfill.

    • Coordinating external purchases according to specifications and procurement guidelines.

    • Ensuring partners adhere to established contractual obligations and supervising exception approval processes.

  • Enhance profit and loss management by:

    • Formulating and communicating financial plans.

    • Conducting cost analyses for informed financial and business decision-making.

    • Setting and sharing objectives while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

    • Tracking financial performance and collaborating with leadership to curtail expenses, reconciling expenditures against the operational plan.

  • Support overall financial operations and new business initiatives by:

    • Organizing and tracking accounts receivable, financial data, and schedules.

    • Assessing business requirements and pinpointing cost-saving opportunities.

    • Leading operational planning, decision-making, implementation, and execution of organizational goals.

  • Maintain current expertise by applying best practices to the development, execution, and continuous improvement of action plans.

    • Offer expert consultation and guidance to team members.

    • Align initiatives to fulfill customer and business needs, fostering commitment to strategic perspectives and rationales.

  • Deliver and support the implementation of business solutions by:

    • Establishing relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.

    • Identifying business needs and executing requisite processes and practices.

    • Monitoring progress and results, identifying opportunities for improvement, and adapting to competing demands, organizational shifts, and new responsibilities.

  • Exemplify compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by:

    • Incorporating the company mission, values, and integrity standards into business plans.
