Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Formulate and implement a robust sales strategy aimed at broadening Nile Bits’ international client portfolio.
- Identify and qualify leads via networking, proactive outreach, industry events, LinkedIn, Upwork, and strategic partnerships.
- Effectively present Nile Bits' diverse offerings including outsourcing, staff augmentation, and dedicated teams to potential clients.
- Draft customized proposals, pricing quotations, and service packages tailored to client needs.
- Engage in negotiations concerning contracts, pricing structures, and terms of engagement.
- Successfully close deals with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), larger enterprises, and startups across various regions.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients and key accounts.
- Gain insights into client challenges, requirements, and objectives to propose appropriate technical solutions and engagement models.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes and high customer satisfaction levels.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct thorough research on industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and target markets.
- Identify untapped verticals, niche markets, and collaborative opportunities.
- Offer insights and strategies to enhance service offerings and market positioning.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work in close coordination with marketing to refine lead generation initiatives and content strategy.
- Align with delivery and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and precise scoping.
- Maintain CRM integrity and provide regular sales performance reports.
