Senior Business Development Manager
Convera, a global frontrunner in commercial payments, is dedicated to facilitating international business transactions with unparalleled ease. We are on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead B2B sales initiatives throughout the West Palm Beach area.
The Role
We seek driven, resilient, and competitive individuals who can cultivate a robust pipeline of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Corporate, and Blue-Chip clients. Your mission will be to identify and secure lucrative business opportunities within the Growth Payments sector across the U. S.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic planning of sales and business development initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at expanding our client base and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Independently manage the complete 360-degree sales process.
- Stay informed of FX market trends, compliance regulations, and broader economic shifts to effectively meet client demands.
- Identify customer challenges to align Convera's solutions with their business objectives.
- Utilize market analytics and Convera's unique value proposition to uncover new leads and opportunities, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue targets, with regular reporting on performance metrics to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Identify and engage with new prospects in the SME and Corporate sectors, working collaboratively with Partners under the guidance of Sales Leaders.
- Actively pursue new business through cold outreach, networking events, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo to maximize lead generation.
- Present and showcase international payment solutions to key decision-makers.
- Connect clients with relevant support teams such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Corporate Hedging Managers.
- Forge and maintain long-lasting relationships with partner organizations, advisors, and stakeholders in the employer services industry.
- Collaborate with various partnership teams within Convera to build a strong network of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) partners.
- Provide ongoing consultation and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage new clients until they are transitioned to the CRM Team.
