Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend reporting requirements and translate them into actionable functional specifications. Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations utilizing BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Create and refine Tableau dashboards and KPI frameworks with an emphasis on performance, usability, governance, and row-level security. Collaborate with the data management team to ensure data consistency and quality in reporting. Implement best practices in dbt modeling, testing, version control, and release management to support high-quality, maintainable data pipelines. Conduct data analysis and ad-hoc queries to inform business decision-making. Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging BI technologies. Qualifications:Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data engineering, ideally within healthcare or another data-intensive, regulated sector. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, high-energy start-up environment. Exceptional English communication skills, with a proven record of effectively presenting analytical findings to non-technical audiences. Advanced SQL skills and significant hands-on experience with analytics engineering frameworks such as dbt. Strong expertise in Tableau (Cloud and Desktop), focusing on dashboard creation, row-level security, performance enhancement, and basic administration.
