Their mission centers on helping older adults stay independent, backed by a large franchise network and over 100,000 Care Professionals.
The Senior Care Solutions Specialist plays a key role in connecting families and clients with the right non-medical, in-home care services. This remote, full-time position focuses on understanding client needs, building trust, and guiding them through their options. The role reports to the Sales Manager and follows a set schedule, including evening and weekend shifts as part of a rotation.
What you will do
- Lead initial conversations with clients and families, primarily by phone, but also via email, chat, and text.
- Listen closely to understand care needs and explain how Home Instead can support aging at home.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring empathy, accuracy, and quality in every interaction.
- Meet daily outreach and conversion goals while quickly establishing trust with clients.
- Design, implement, and improve sales playbooks and strategies for the team.
- Mentor and support Care Solutions Consultants, sharing insights and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and test new services, gather client feedback, and shape future offerings.
- Adapt consultative sales approaches to uncover client needs and inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with experience in consultative sales preferred.
- Comfort managing both inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels.
- Ability to work a set schedule that includes evening and weekend shifts on rotation.
- High energy and strong performance mindset, with a focus on client connection and trust.
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members is a plus.
