ResponsibilitiesManage an individual territory focused on identifying, recruiting, and enabling system integrators, consultants, VARs, and MSSPs that cater to our shared customers and prospects. Create and implement go-to-market (GTM) partner plans that deliver measurable outcomes through partner enablement, incentives, events, and joint offerings. Collaborate with Account Teams and Sales Engineering to effectively convey Bugcrowd’s value proposition to prospective and existing partners, establishing Bugcrowd as a trusted cybersecurity ally. Engage with sales management and internal teams (Professional Services, Product, Sales Engineering, Customer Success) to define engagement strategies for partners and joint prospects, negotiating partnerships to enhance Bugcrowd's product and service adoption, differentiation, and profitability. Qualifications3-5 years of experience in sales or channel sales, ideally with a background in cybersecurity or related fields. Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively present and position product and service offerings to partners and stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite executives.

Job Summary

As a Senior Channel Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and nurturing our partner ecosystem, which includes system integrators (SIs), consultants, value-added resellers (VARs), managed security service providers (MSSPs), and strategic alliances. You'll be responsible for the recruitment and development of these partners while collaborating closely with account teams to enhance end-user adoption of Bugcrowd’s products and services.
