Do you have the qualifications we seek?12 to 16 years of IT experience. A minimum of 7 years in project management, leading multiple concurrent customer-facing projects. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Experience in supporting technical and AI/GenAI software delivery projects, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Strong skills in developing detailed project plans, forecasting timelines, and managing risks, issues, and escalations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing leadership skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving under tight deadlines. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and adept at reporting on KPIs and delivery metrics (e.g., PowerBI). A solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach.
