As a Senior Communication Advisor at Stichting BKR, you will operate at the intersection of reputation, social impact, and organizational development.

Your role involves translating complex topics such as credit provision, privacy, debt prevention, and fraud prevention into clear messages and effective communication strategies.

You will provide advice to colleagues, project teams, and management on communication issues while being actively involved in their execution. This positions you centrally in enhancing the visibility and positioning of BKR.

Your Role

As a Senior Communication Advisor, you will blend strategic insight with practical execution. Collaborating closely with the Marketing & Communication Team Manager and colleagues within and outside the team is essential.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategy and Advice
    • Contributing to the development of communication and positioning strategies.
    • Advising on communication approaches for projects, themes, and organizational developments.
    • Identifying trends and developments in media, society, and stakeholders.
  • Content and Resources
    • Developing and coordinating internal and external communication materials.
    • Writing various texts including news articles, customer communications, web content, press releases, and position papers.
    • Ensuring core messages, tone of voice, and corporate style are maintained.
  • Reputation and Stakeholders
    • Assisting in media relations and press communication.
    • Contributing to issue and reputation management.
    • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners such as communication agencies.
  • Projects and Events
    • Participating in communication projects and working groups.
    • Assisting with the organization of internal and external meetings.

In times of crisis, you will support the Marketing & Communication Team Manager and the Relationship Director in spokesperson duties and crisis communication on behalf of Stichting BKR.
