Role Overview
As a Senior Core Partner Development Manager (PDM), you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing relationships with marketing agencies, consultants, and systems integrators throughout India.
This strategic position includes:
- Collaborating with executive leadership to identify market opportunities and drive mutual growth.
- Overseeing a portfolio of high-potential partners and assisting them in expanding their business through customized go-to-market strategies.
- Working across HubSpot teams to enhance partnership programs, co-create initiatives, and share best practices.
- Expanding HubSpot’s partner ecosystem in India, emphasizing long-term value and shared success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 20–50 high-impact partners and jointly develop strategies to surpass shared sales goals.
- Build executive-level relationships to establish HubSpot as a trusted partner within your portfolio’s business model.
- Co-create and implement comprehensive partner strategies aimed at revenue growth, market expansion, and enhanced customer impact.
- Introduce scalable initiatives, toolkits, and playbooks that empower partners to succeed.
- Promote HubSpot’s solutions through enablement, co-marketing, joint selling, and more.
- Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams, providing feedback, sharing insights, and fostering innovation.
- Act as an advocate for partners and an internal ambassador, ensuring their voices are heard at all organizational levels.
What We Are Looking For?

- 5+ years of experience in partner development, channel sales, business development, or alliances, preferably in the tech industry.
- 3+ years of familiarity with technology platforms and a solid level of technical proficiency.
- Experience in SaaS or cloud-based solutions is highly advantageous.

- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
