We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Architect to join our dynamic team at Creative Chaos. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as per contract terms. You will lead urgent projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage staffing resources as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to SLAs established by contracts.
- Lead and manage urgent issues and projects, ensuring proper communication and resource allocation.
- Document system configurations, processes, and tools utilized by the team.
- Exhibit a comprehensive process methodology and engage with all stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with development engineering teams to establish and deploy a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) infrastructure.
- Develop and implement environments for quality assurance, development, and more.
- Deploy and provide support for applications in cloud environments.
- Oversee infrastructure security, ensuring environments are secure, reliable, scalable, and automated.
- Provide direct server support during operations such as deployments and general production activities.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that new environments meet requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Design, implement, and test the agreed-upon infrastructures.
- Automate the deployment of Linux applications, system configurations, and security settings.
- Assist in evaluating candidates for open positions.
