THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (all genders) to join our infrastructure team, taking charge of the deployment and operation of our software in both cloud and clinical settings. You will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and reliable. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing healthcare delivery through seamless and robust technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate extensively with our core development team to implement new features and services

  • Design, test, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure supporting Avelios in hospitals and the cloud

  • Manage and enhance large-scale deployments with stringent availability and performance demands

  • Implement best practices in observability, incident response, and fault tolerance

  • Ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and scalable in clinical environments

  • Continuously suggest and implement enhancements to performance, automation, and tooling

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux environments

  • Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging best practices

  • Experience with modern toolchains and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus

  • Strong enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and thriving in a fast-paced, impactful environment

  • Solution-oriented mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to work
