What We SeekBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is required.12+ years of progressive experience in accounting, including team leadership roles. Strong technical expertise in accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and consolidation practices. Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and utilizing technology for automation. Hands-on leader with experience in establishing close-to-reporting processes in complex environments. Able to thrive in ambiguous situations and build frameworks from the ground up. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage effectively across diverse cultures and locations. Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree is a plus.

Your Role

We are searching for a dynamic Assistant Controller to take a pivotal leadership role in steering our corporate accounting operations. As the executional architect, you will be responsible for establishing essential accounting processes, leading the monthly close, and operationalizing the Controller’s strategic vision. This position is crucial for translating high-level strategy into robust, scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly and quarterly closing activities, ensuring precision, promptness, and scalability.
  • Develop and implement new policies, controls, and workflows in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards, including revenue recognition and consolidations.
  • Champion automation and AI integration in reconciliations, reporting, and consolidation processes.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a growing accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders (Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Operations) to maintain data integrity and enhance reporting accuracy.
