Role Overview: Senior DSP Media Manager
This Baltimore-based position sits within the Client Services team. The Senior DSP Media Manager leads a group of Managers and Specialists who execute programmatic advertising campaigns for clients on Amazon and other omni-channel retailers. The role involves close collaboration with Amazon and various DSP platforms to support top brands and advertisers as programmatic advertising continues to grow in importance.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a key leader for the internal DSP team and external client group.
- Direct strategic initiatives and quarterly planning for a varied portfolio of DSP clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of media managers and specialists, focusing on training, development, and feedback to support their growth.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand business and improve client outcomes through media strategies.
- Refine operational processes to improve team efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and platform updates, sharing relevant information with clients and the Flywheel team to inform recommendations and actions.
- Travel may be required based on client needs.
What We Look For
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, with exposure to multiple DSPs and bidding platforms.
