Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery services and litigation support for complex and large cases with intricate eDiscovery challenges.- In-depth knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.- Expertise in Relativity (both front-end and back-end).- Proven ability to create complex PowerShell scripts.- Advanced analytical skills in Relativity, including troubleshooting and managing Active Learning Projects.- Ability to consult with attorneys and support staff to meet ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences when required.- Responsible for ensuring compliance with ESI specifications for incoming and outgoing productions, providing detailed reports on deficiencies to case attorneys.- Create statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and processes related to electronic discovery.- Maintain knowledge of relevant software applications in your area of expertise.- Contribute to regular updates on new technologies and process enhancements regarding electronic discovery.- Develop and support Case Map/Text Map databases.
