The Senior Engineer I for Key Account Technology serves as the product expert and primary liaison for our customers. You will coordinate the introduction of new products, manage product improvements, and address escalations effectively. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing all technical aspects related to our customers in the designated region. Key responsibilities include:

· Leading new product introductions (NPI) and evaluations by facilitating projects and performing hands-on tasks at customer sites, implementing best-known methods (BKMs) and corrective improvement plans (CIPs).

· Diagnosing customer problems, conducting research, and guiding them through the necessary corrective actions to resolve critical issues.

· Collaborating with product management, business development, and R&D by relaying customer timelines for film development and technology roadmaps.

· Identifying key technical inflection points and working closely with R&D to ensure customer requirements and insights are integrated into product development.

· Overseeing performance metrics of our equipment and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

· Detecting early signs of non-conformance and initiating corrective actions, including data analysis and engaging hardware and process experts.

· Ensuring efficient resolution of escalations for both new products and existing installations.

· Assisting the process team in executing customer-specific design of experiments (DOEs) and processes.

· Leading customer demonstrations for new processes and NPIs.
