Position Overview

As a Senior Executive Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing top-tier administrative support to our senior leadership, facilitating smooth daily operations in a dynamic, rapidly expanding environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage intricate executive calendars, coordinating schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Prioritize and coordinate meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee executive email correspondences, including drafting replies and flagging urgent matters.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and both internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate travel plans, including itineraries and logistics, while managing expense reports.
  • Act as the primary liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor action items and ensure follow-up on essential initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal meetings, offsites, and events.
