Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development managers.
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent to foster a successful team environment, providing continuous coaching and mentorship.
  • Establish strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and finalize deals, while maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market dynamics.
  • Enhance and expand the existing sales network.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, proactively managing customer relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities driven by the latest industry trends to boost company revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address operational and risk management issues.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Accountable for revenue targets, sales strategy development, and the career advancement of others, coordinating with other managers on long-term sales planning.
  • Exemplify commitment to the company's values and culture in daily interactions and responsibilities.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments or projects as needed.
