Your Role

As a Senior Field Partner Solutions Architect, you will engage with partner organizations to drive the adoption of Redis-powered solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in promoting Redis Enterprise, including Redis Software, Azure Managed Redis, and Redis Cloud on AWS/GCP, by demonstrating its technical value to business decision-makers and showcasing Redis AI capabilities integrated into customer solutions.

You will serve as the technical authority for partner capabilities, ensuring that Redis solutions are leveraged effectively for end customer engagement. Collaborating with partner organizations’ customer-facing teams, you will facilitate solution discussions and drive the architectural strategy to overcome technical barriers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with field sales teams to enhance partner engagement and value delivery, serving as a bridge between sales and partners.

  • Cultivate and expand a partner-aligned pipeline for Redis’ regional business, focusing on architecture and product capabilities to eliminate technical impediments.

  • Lead technical initiatives by engaging with partner organizations at various levels, including sales, presales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Act as a technical advisor for partner proposals and RFPs related to Redis.

  • Establish and nurture relationships across various business units within partner teams, advocating for Redis solutions.
