**Must Have:**- Minimum 6 years of experience in frontend development, with 4 years in React.- Banking/Fintech domain exposure.- Proficient in React 18+, TypeScript, Redux, and modern frontend practices.- Strong CSS and UI/UX fundamentals.- Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.- Familiarity with Visual Studio Code and Chrome DevTools.- Basic Linux shell command knowledge.- Experience with Git and DevOps workflows.**Good to Have:**- Micro-frontends experience.- Web Components development.- Advanced CSS architecture skills.
