The People Analytics Partner is a pivotal position in our endeavor to cultivate a high-performance culture at ASOS. This role will be responsible for driving and implementing our PX data strategy by optimizing our current people data setup and constructing innovative data foundations within the ASOS Data Ecosystem (ADE), thereby unlocking advanced people analytics capabilities.As a People Analytics Partner, you will advocate for data-driven decision-making, empowering ASOS leaders to link metrics to impactful business decisions. Utilizing AI, analytics, and dashboard technologies, you will ensure that data from various sources is accurate and consolidated into a central PX data model. Your insights will be crucial in refining both our people and business strategies.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop people analytics models, experimental datasets, and essential PX reports.Oversee the maintenance of current people data dashboards, ensuring they are accurate and user-friendly. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations based on data insights.Analyze and interpret complex datasets to build evidence-based models and dashboards that connect people metrics with business outcomes, guiding leaders in making informed, data-led decisions.Lead intricate cross-functional initiatives, conducting organizational diagnostics and predictive analyses (e.g., attrition risk, capability gaps, team effectiveness) to facilitate proactive workforce decision-making.Utilize advanced analytical methods (e.g., thematic analysis, regression, predictive modeling) to uncover patterns and root causes related to engagement, performance, leadership, and organizational health.Serve as a recognized expert in people analytics, collaborating confidently with Product, Engineering, and other business units to enhance capabilities and promote data usage across PX and leadership teams.Oversee the establishment of a Human Resources Data Warehouse within the centralised ASOS Data Ecosystem, integrating multiple data sources to support a People Data Model, allowing the business to derive insights effectively for critical decision-making.Drive the execution of the PX strategy, underpinned by data insights and tracking of our OKRs and KPIs.Identify opportunities where AI and Agentic AI can enhance PX processes and overall organizational productivity.Champion the adoption of privacy-conscious data-driven decision-making.Act as a senior thought partner to our Management Committee, collaborating with Senior PX Partners in executive-level decisions involving people or people-related data, shaping discussions, framing challenges, and influencing actions.Maintain rigorous data governance to ensure...
