Responsibilities:Architect and develop AI-driven software solutions that streamline marketing, sales, and operational processes across multiple e-commerce platforms and warehouses in China. Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs to serve internal and external users. Build end-to-end product features that create business value and enhance our customers' competitive positions. Work closely with leadership and the product manager to influence strategic planning and product roadmap from a technical perspective. Establish and maintain the technical infrastructure supporting core services, including database architecture, server clusters, and API gateways. Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of our technology and data. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and fintech to drive continuous product innovation. Mentor junior engineers to help them quickly adapt to our tech stack and architectural models.
About the job
After completing our Series A funding, we are excited to expand our development team in China to drive the next phase of YASO's growth. This includes integrating with major e-commerce platforms, automating our data infrastructure, and enhancing our internal tools to achieve a tenfold increase in operational efficiency.
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can closely collaborate with our founders, the existing team, and our Product Manager in Shanghai to develop the core systems and data infrastructure that will support YASO's growth over the next two years.
You will be involved in building critical technological foundations, including data pipelines, platform integration solutions, and internal tools, directly contributing to our goals of scaling our customer base tenfold and increasing e-commerce transaction volumes by fifty times.
You will report directly to our Founder & CPTO (James, based in London) and collaborate daily with our product and operations teams in Shanghai. You will work asynchronously within our international team, with regular opportunities for in-person collaboration.
Within 60 days of joining, you will independently deliver at least one feature utilized weekly by our operations team, taking full responsibility for its lifecycle.
