This senior executive position within the Buildings & Places (B+P) Line of Business involves managing key client accounts and fostering robust relationships with national governments.Your responsibilities will encompass overall accountability for client relationships, growth initiatives, pipeline development, capture strategies, and performance delivery across the B+P LOB and AECOM as a whole. This role requires a blend of strategic oversight and practical account management to drive sustainable growth, enhance client partnerships, and ensure consistent global delivery.This position covers crucial regions including the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. A deep understanding of the defense sector—especially in Maritime Infrastructure, Integrated Air Defence, Shipyards, Ports, Industrial base Manufacturing, and environmental services—is essential.You will report directly to the Global SVP, Head of Strategy & Growth (B+P), collaborating closely with global and regional government and defense leaders within the organization.Key Objectives:Ensure sustained global revenue growth across key Prime System Integrator accountsDeepen and expand client relationships across various regionsAssume comprehensive CAM accountability, overseeing strategy, pipeline, bookings, and client satisfactionBuild and enhance high-performing global account teams tailored to account maturityCore Responsibilities:Global Strategy & Leadership:Craft and steer the global B+P strategy for engaging with Prime System Integrators, focusing on account prioritization and growth pathwaysInitiate and guide early-stage global client engagements, transitioning to regional CAM models as accounts developAlign regional actions with global strategy through collaboration with B+P leadershipLeverage cross-business line capabilities to deliver integrated and multidisciplinary solutionsClient Account Management (CAM):Act as the executive-level CAM for priority global accountsFormulate and execute strategic account plans, including multi-year growth strategies and opportunity pipelinesDrive bookings, revenue growth, and quality of portfolio across regions and service linesMaintain strict oversight of account performance metrics, including pipeline health, forecasting, and risk managementSales, Capture & Pursuit Leadership:Identify and prioritize key pursuits, ensuring proper executive sponsorship and governanceLead major bids and proposals, ensuring robust capture strategies, commercial positioning, and risk managementCollaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to maximize win rates and commercial success
