This Senior Functional Consultant role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within Storm Technology’s D365 BC team. The position is a 6-month contract based in Dublin, offering a flexible hybrid work model. Occasional travel may be required. The consultant will report directly to the D365 BC Practice Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer business practices and functional processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Define, explain, and propose solutions for both technical teams and end-users to ensure clear understanding and effective implementation.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, plan and run workshops, and manage project documentation throughout the engagement.
- Communicate with senior-level clients and manage project communications as needed to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Offer best practice advice and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Delegate tasks to team members and provide feedback on deliverables to maintain quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
