FX Sales Team Lead

As a Senior Member of our Front Office team, the FX Sales Team Lead is responsible for guiding a sales team, setting sales objectives, and executing sales programs. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, supportive, and motivating culture at Ebury, while enhancing sales performance through training, coaching, and developing your team.

Your Responsibilities as an FX Sales Team Lead:
- Lead a sales team in prospect development, serving as a role model while coaching and mentoring your team to advance their careers.
- Engage in pitching and closing deals with potential clients via phone and face-to-face meetings.
- Manage customer relationships for new clients to ensure seamless onboarding and initial trades.
- Provide accurate sales volume forecasts.
- Implement regional sales initiatives, training plans, and sales actions collaboratively with fellow Heads of Desk.
- Ensure compliance with company-wide sales methodologies and administrative processes.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
