About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Generalist to assume responsibility for daily HR operations and recruiting coordination across our workforce. This pivotal role directly supports the Senior Director of HR and ensures our core people processes, including recruiting logistics, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, leave management, HR compliance, and employee support, are executed accurately and in compliance with public company and regulatory requirements. This hands-on role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment, possesses strong operational judgment, and can effectively manage multiple workstreams while knowing when to escalate issues.
