Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and levels.

Pendo is on the cusp of remarkable growth and expansion into international markets! We are currently in search of a Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst to collaborate with our expanding Sales teams. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance, this role is integral to the Pendo Finance team, concentrating on the development of industry-leading incentive compensation programs.

The Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst will take charge of the design, implementation, and management of our incentive compensation frameworks. This highly visible position will require cross-functional engagement with our global Revenue, Finance, and People teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate monthly and quarterly commission payouts for participants under variable compensation plans and submit accurate reports to payroll.
  • Maintain precise and traceable records of commissions and associated data.
  • Guarantee the prompt and accurate distribution of sales compensation letters to newly hired employees; educate them on the workings of their incentive compensation plans and how to access their monthly commission statements.
  • Develop a variety of incentive metrics, analyses, and account reconciliations. Assist in compiling monthly reports, forecasts, and budget preparation.
  • Support the implementation and testing of plans to ensure accurate calculations.
  • Act as the primary contact for the sales organization regarding commission inquiries, providing timely responses.
  • Periodically review commission guidelines and propose enhancements.
  • Assist in documenting processes and procedures while maintaining strict confidentiality concerning all job aspects.
