Qualifications

Current TS/SCI clearance is mandatory. Must be a graduate of a U. S. SOF component selection and assessment program (e.g., SFQC, BUD/S, or equivalent). A Bachelor's degree in international relations or a related field is required. A minimum of 15 years of combined military SOF experience and regional expertise in a joint, combined, and interagency environment. Completion of a formal DoD Security Cooperation program of instruction (e.g., DAU, JSOU, CGSC, or U. S. Army/Navy Special Warfare courses), OR operational experience with international military forces (e.g., JCET, exercises, joint combined operations), OR assignment to an international military organization or coordination center. Graduation from a Joint Professional Military Education course, Intermediate Development Course, or Senior Professional Military Education course is required. Experience in Foreign Disclosure and international partner information exchanges is essential.

Streamline Defense is actively looking for experienced candidates to join our team as Senior International Capability Development Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the J3-International (J3-I) Interoperability Branch at U. S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), based at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida. This role is essential in facilitating the development of capability roadmaps, enhancing integration with U. S. Special Operations Forces (SOF), and promoting partner nation involvement in USSOCOM's capability development initiatives, including training, education, force development, and exercises. Multiple positions are available, and this role is contingent upon contract award.
