Join our dynamic team at playmirai as a Senior IT Support Specialist, where you will take full ownership of our IT operations and endpoint management. This pivotal role is essential in enhancing, managing, and scaling our device management, collaboration tools, and core IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is someone with extensive hands-on experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is adept at managing systems from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and provide advanced support for Google Workspace, including user lifecycle management, security settings, and organizational policies.
• Manage and optimize Slack administration, focusing on workspace configuration, integrations, permissions, and user management.
• Troubleshoot and support network-related issues, possessing an intermediate understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP).
• Implement, manage, and maintain an endpoint management / RMM solution (e.g., Ninja, Jamf, or similar).
• Oversee patch management, OS updates, and software deployments across company devices.
- Lead or support the implementation of a scalable endpoint management strategy for laptops and other endpoints.
- Ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and comply with IT best practices.
- Provide escalation-level support and guidance for intricate IT issues.
- Document processes, configurations, and standards to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in a growing or dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience in administering Google Workspace.
- Strong experience managing Slack.
- Intermediate knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Proven experience in deploying or managing an RMM or endpoint management solution (e.g., Ninja, Jamf, Intune, or similar).
- Experience in managing patching, updates, and device compliance across various machines.
- Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting is highly desirable.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with security best practices for endpoint and identity management.
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams.
