CGS Federal is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to become a vital member of our dynamic in-house government legal team. This pivotal role involves supporting various facets of our litigation portfolio, including eDiscovery, workflow management, and providing essential support to attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare a wide array of complex legal documents.
- Review incoming documents and assess their relevance to ongoing cases.
- Prepare legal instruments including indictments, warrants, motions, and legal memoranda.
- Gather necessary information from case files and law enforcement to facilitate legal document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with local court rules and formatting standards for recurring legal documents.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and compiling witness lists.
- Coordinate with victim/witness specialists to uphold victims' rights per departmental guidelines.
- Utilize legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis to verify citations in legal documents.
- Edit and proofread legal briefs for accuracy and consistency.
- File legal documents electronically with the U. S. District Court using the CM/ECF system.
- Create and organize tables of contents and indices for legal briefs as per established formats.
