Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the design, training, and implementation of groundbreaking AI models tailored for telematics applications. Develop algorithms that accurately represent the physical phenomena associated with vehicle and human movement. Investigate and apply advanced self-supervised learning techniques suited for multi-modal telematics sensor data. Refine upstream pretrained models or utilize their embeddings to tackle downstream telematics challenges such as crash detection, driver risk assessment, and claims management. Create models resilient to noise, incomplete data, and varied real-world conditions. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI models into production environments. Establish scalable training and inference pipelines using frameworks like Ray, PyTorch DDP, or Horovod. Optimize models for seamless deployment across cloud and edge/mobile platforms. Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML research, adapting cutting-edge techniques to real-world telematics issues. Document and present findings to contribute to CMT’s growing AI/ML knowledge base. Mentor junior team members through code reviews and collaborative projects.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer focusing on Foundation Models within the DriveWell Atlas team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying next-generation AI models that elevate CMT's capabilities in risk assessment, driver engagement, crash detection, and claims processing.
