About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to join our Enterprise Solution Science Team. This dynamic team focuses on leveraging state-of-the-art ML technologies to solve real-world marketing challenges by integrating omnichannel customer data. In this position, you will take charge of the entire development process, from defining problems to successfully deploying models into production.
What You’ll Work On
- Engage in projects related to user intention prediction, user segmentation, product recommendation, campaign content optimization, and send time optimization.
- Collaborate with product teams to convert product objectives and business requirements into clearly defined ML problems during the planning phase.
- Partner closely with ML engineers for deploying models to production, ensuring their reliability and maintainability.
- Perform offline and online evaluations, monitor, and continuously optimize models post-deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and proactively suggest innovative applications.
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the evolution of team culture and standards.
