Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Consulting, plays a key role in client engagements at Flywheel Digital. This position focuses on research, analysis, and developing solutions tailored to each client’s business challenges and opportunities in digital commerce. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to help brands succeed in the digital marketplace.

What You Will Do
- Lead client projects from start to finish: ideation, planning, scheduling, research, and execution.
- Work with strategic partners to deliver actionable insights and thought leadership.
- Guide project teams, including planning, coaching on research methods, preparing presentations, and ensuring high-quality client deliverables.
- Provide strategic advice aligned with clients’ business goals, identifying growth opportunities and key capabilities for advancement.
- Support the development of team members by fostering a culture of feedback and continuous growth.
- Deliver insights on commerce strategies that connect directly to clients’ business structures and objectives.
- Present research findings and analyses to clients in both virtual meetings and in-person events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate project execution and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
