Role overview
The Senior Manager of Customer Enablement leads the development of new frameworks for customer support in an AI-driven environment. This position centers on rethinking current enablement strategies, designing supporting infrastructure and capabilities, and building a team to bring this vision to life.
This leader manages three main areas: the CaptivateIQ Academy (an on-demand learning platform), the Knowledge Center, and trainer-led delivery. The enablement team supports the entire customer journey, from onboarding to expansion, and works closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Professional Services to integrate enablement throughout the organization.
The focus is on transformation. While there are existing programs, the company aims to create a new enablement model for a future where AI shapes how content is created, maintained, and delivered, and where the product itself becomes central to customer learning. Leading this transformation is the core responsibility for this role.

This is a fully remote position. CaptivateIQ is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
