Salary Range: $145,000 - $175,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Management Information Systems (MIS) team in developing and sustaining global information systems that align with organizational goals.
- Interpret and translate user requirements into effective database and software application designs.
- Deeply understand business processes and implement new features that meet user needs.
- Formulate comprehensive project plans based on requirements from internal stakeholders and customers.
- Identify root causes of issues and devise overarching improvement plans rather than merely addressing immediate concerns.
- Address and resolve customer support challenges effectively.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the MIS team.
- Collaborate with various departments and external customers to ensure aligned objectives.
- Assess emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to optimize business processes.
- Establish clear project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.
