Role Overview
As a Senior Manager of Sales, your mission will be to forge strategic partnerships that shape the future of semiconductor technology.
You will spearhead global engagement with a key client, aligning ASM’s technology roadmap with their long-term requirements.
Your efforts will directly link ASM’s innovations to client success through insightful collaboration and meticulous execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the SKH/SKS global account, managing all business aspects, products, and services across Korea and China with defined performance metrics.
- Drive market share growth for all ASM product lines within SKH/SKS.
- Introduce cutting-edge products, technologies, and innovations to the client.
- Identify client needs and explore new applications while communicating future opportunities.
- Prepare compelling presentation materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a strategic opportunity pipeline in collaboration with Sales, KAT, and Process teams.
- Create joint development opportunities for new products and applications.
- Achieve at least one new application penetration annually.
- Work closely with Product Management and Development teams to enhance customer engagement.
