About the Role
The Senior Manager of Partnerships and Perks will play a pivotal role in our monetization strategy. This position is essential for generating incremental revenue while enhancing customer value beyond the primary ticketing experience. As partnerships increasingly become a crucial growth lever, you will be responsible for expanding Trainline’s perks and growth partnerships portfolio.
You will manage and optimize existing partnerships, determining how perks and offers are integrated into our product while securing new collaborations that enhance customer value and drive demand for Trainline’s offerings. This role provides substantial autonomy and requires close collaboration with our Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Data teams, acting as the senior commercial lead for key external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development of Perks and Partnerships
Lead the development and continuous improvement of Trainline’s perks and growth partnerships strategy, harmonizing revenue generation with customer value and product growth objectives.
Articulate how perks, partner-funded offers, and third-party distribution fit into Trainline’s broader monetization and growth framework.
Collaborate closely with the Product team to establish the appropriate methods for showcasing perks and offers within our platform.
