The Senior Manager of Revenue Strategy & Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting various sales and service programs, initiatives, and analytics. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in data manipulation to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. This role collaborates across multiple departments, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, finance, product, and data engineering, to design, implement, and optimize business strategies. By delivering data-driven insights to our stakeholders, you’ll help shape both short- and long-term strategies and action plans. A strong understanding of data integrity, efficient processes, and insightful reporting is essential.
As a Senior Manager, you will possess a comprehensive understanding of the OpenTable Sales and Services organization or the ability to quickly learn. Navigating the dynamics of various roles and reporting structures within the business is crucial. Exceptional communication, project management, and data analysis skills are required, along with proficiency in Salesforce, reporting tools like Preset, SQL queries, and a finance or analytics background.
