Team Overview

As the Senior Manager of Sales Development, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading Stripe’s growth trajectory by leading a dynamic team of inbound and outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will collaborate closely with our Sales teams to build and strengthen Stripe’s sales pipeline. Your expertise in mentoring and driving performance will help your team meet ambitious goals, while your hands-on approach will ensure you remain actively engaged with your SDRs. We are looking for a self-motivated leader with a proven track record in navigating ambiguity, thriving in a high-growth environment, and resolving challenges efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess substantial management experience in scaling technology-driven Sales Development teams and exceptional communication capabilities.
