Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you will lead our global team of tactical specialists and analysts responsible for the data, systems, and insights that drive our sales operations. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in our commercial success, providing support and strategic direction to our sales teams. This position requires a strong leader capable of managing daily operations, effectively delegating tasks, and helping the team prioritize in a dynamic environment. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting sales strategies and seizing revenue opportunities across our global business.
Areas of Impact
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of five sales operations professionals in a supportive environment.
- Assess current structures and implement necessary changes to establish a unified, scalable sales operations team.
- Execute the sales operations strategy by identifying process enhancements and translating data analysis into actionable business recommendations for the Revenue Team.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of key reports and dashboards for sales leadership, including forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to manage and enforce global sales processes, ensuring compliance and smooth implementation of new procedures.
- Act as a primary contact for the sales team, assisting with the Salesforce lead-to-quote-to-cash process and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by prioritizing tasks effectively and communicating progress on key initiatives to senior leadership.
