Join Our Team as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer!
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will spearhead the development and execution of production processes that consistently yield parts to specifications while minimizing costs. You will convert product designs into robust, repeatable manufacturing workflows, carefully selecting and validating tools and equipment, defining work instructions and quality control measures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, decrease cycle times, and reduce scrap and overhead. Your collaboration with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams will ensure that both new and existing products meet safety and regulatory standards while aligning with customer expectations and project timelines.
