In this role, you will act as the product owner of Ridgeline's internal AI-enhanced delivery platform within our Security division. You will be responsible for architecting the structure, execution, and optimization of work processes. Your tasks will include designing and implementing AI-powered workflows, establishing schemas and governance protocols, and ensuring accurate data capture for intelligent automation and insights. Collaborating closely with technical teams, you will translate strategic objectives into operational systems, utilizing advanced AI tools such as large language models, prompt orchestration frameworks, and workflow automation platforms to enhance visibility, prioritization, and performance at scale. This hands-on role requires you to balance system design, execution, and continuous improvement to achieve measurable business outcomes.
