Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldA minimum of 4 years of hands-on networking experience, including firewalls, routing, and switchingProficient with Cisco devicesDemonstrated leadership ability with a commitment to quality and achieving challenging objectivesCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate in a diverse global environmentUnderstanding of IT infrastructure, covering networking, telecommunications, and cloud technologiesExperience in Incident Management and managing LAN & WAN networksFamiliarity with Cisco switches, routers, and firewallsStrong troubleshooting skills for IT setupsMandatory Certifications: Active or recently expired Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite work in Alabang during US shiftsImmediate availability is preferredPreferred Experience: Experience with at least 3 of the following: Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, IPS, Routers & Switches, Cisco AnyConnect.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to ensure our network infrastructure is robust, secure, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and initiate procurement processes, including Bill of Materials (BOM) for pricing.
  • Service Transition: Execute technology migrations and system upgrades to facilitate seamless transitions in IT services.
  • Service Delivery and Support: Provide 2nd-level troubleshooting for incidents and service requests, ensuring compliance with service delivery standards.
  • Availability & Continuity: Oversee the reliability of IT services through routine backups and capacity management.
  • Service Level Management: Address escalations, prepare service reports, and coordinate with service providers to meet SLAs.
  • Supplier Management: Engage with vendors to resolve escalations and enhance support quality.
  • Security Management: Implement corrective actions based on security alerts to uphold information security compliance.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Manage service requests and incidents, performing root cause analysis when necessary.
