Codelink is looking for a Senior Operations and People Partner in Ho Chi Minh City. This position blends operational oversight with people management, focusing on both process efficiency and employee experience. The role supports daily operations and helps shape a workplace where team members can thrive.
Main Responsibilities
Operations & Governance
- Join monthly client governance meetings, prepared with accurate data, status updates, and operational insights. Maintain trackers for decisions, action items, and deadlines.
- Manage governance documentation, including attendance records, headcount updates, operational summaries, and required reporting for clients.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for client-side coordination, working closely with the Delivery Manager.
- Monitor project member contracts, track contract durations, alert the Delivery Manager and HR about upcoming renewals, and prevent lapses or overruns.
- Handle timesheet collection, reconciliation, and billing coordination to ensure accurate client submissions.
- Spot operational bottlenecks and drive improvements to support strong project performance.
People & Culture
- Oversee the full member lifecycle: background checks, onboarding, mid-deployment check-ins, and structured offboarding.
- Act as a trusted confidant for the team, noticing early signs of disengagement, burnout, or interpersonal issues before they escalate.
- Work with the Delivery Manager to resolve people-related issues promptly and fairly.
- Promote initiatives that build a healthy, cohesive culture, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Organize all onsite logistics, including flights, hotels, visas, and travel documentation from start to finish.
