Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Operations, you will closely collaborate with People Business Partners, Global Employment Management, Total Rewards, People Technology & Analytics, and Legal teams to mitigate compliance risks while ensuring our People practices remain consistent, well-documented, and audit-ready.
