As the Senior People Enablement Program Manager, you will champion the design, execution, and scaling of leadership development initiatives that empower leaders at all levels to cultivate high-performing teams. You will facilitate enriching learning experiences, develop practical resources, and enhance leadership skills across the organization.
Our People Enablement team is dedicated to equipping every Vanta team member with the necessary skills, tools, and support to excel. We drive growth throughout the employee lifecycle by implementing targeted development strategies, effective enablement systems, and scalable programs that enhance performance while promoting a culture of excellence. Our initiatives encompass onboarding, leadership development, AI integration, and company-wide learning resources tailored to help Vanta employees thrive in a high-performance environment.
