Key Responsibilities:System Operationalization of Pricing PolicyConvert approved pricing policies, including discounts, promotions, bundles, and special terms, into business requirements for our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems team to develop configurable rules within Salesforce CPQ, ERP, and related pricing systems. Establish pricing matrices, discount waterfalls, product catalogs, approval workflows, and quoting templates to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with the Proposal-to-Order Lead and IT/Systems teams to design, test, and troubleshoot pricing configurations within the CPQ framework. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for pricing-related system configurations and policies. Identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements in pricing logic and quoting processes. Quoting Operations SupportServe as a subject matter expert on pricing policies for Sales and Deal Desk. Facilitate training and enablement for sales teams regarding new pricing policies, system updates, and best practices.

About the Role

We are on the lookout for a Senior Pricing Operations Manager to oversee the accurate execution of our pricing policies across Salesforce CPQ, ERP, and various quoting systems. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for translating approved pricing strategies, promotions, bundles, and discount structures set forth by Pricing Leadership into actionable system configurations that our Sales teams can utilize confidently.

Your focus will be on operationalizing pricing policy within these systems and guiding Sales on various pricing scenarios. You will collaborate closely with the Revenue Proposal-to-Order Lead, who manages the broader CPQ architecture and related proposal automation tools, to ensure pricing policies are implemented accurately within the quoting framework.

This full-time role offers a hybrid work model, based out of our offices in Oakland, CA, or Denver, CO, providing a flexible blend of remote work and in-person collaboration, with two days in the office each week.
