In this pivotal role, you will oversee the quality assurance of our products, ensuring that we manufacture with excellence. Your responsibilities will include identifying strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency without compromising product quality or customer satisfaction, thereby transforming quality into a competitive advantage.

As a leader, you will direct a team responsible for comprehensive quality assurance, utilizing both in-house operations and customer data to implement preventive measures for non-conformances (NC).

We seek an inherently motivated individual, adept at crafting innovative solutions and conducting thorough analyses to facilitate effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Quality Non-Conformances – Identify root causes in intake and filtering processes.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Quality Team to align with customer expectations.
  • Ensure timely and effective closure of NCs, including preventive actions.
  • Establish and maintain Customer Quality Dashboards.
  • Collaborate with customers on critical quality indexes.
  • Support local management with process improvement proposals and the implementation of new processes.
  • Lead corporate initiatives aimed at enhancing execution of critical processes.
  • Drive resolution of structural quality issues within corporate frameworks, such as QMS restructuring.
  • Develop structured inspection plans and collaborate across functions to enhance testing and assembly processes.
  • Lead quality assurance metrics to meet targets, including managing contract manufacturers.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to the team through 8D methodology to resolve non-conformances.
