Market Acumen: Knowledge of e-commerce, marketplace platforms, and seller ecosystems is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monetization Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy aimed at enhancing revenue through advertising products, subscription services, and various monetization avenues, ensuring value for both users and sellers.

  • Pro-Seller Support: Create innovative features and programs designed to assist pro-sellers in maximizing their success on the platform, boosting their visibility, operational efficiency, and sales performance.

  • Monetization Initiative Leadership: Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of impactful monetization projects, from initial concept through to execution and ongoing optimization.

  • Data Insights Utilization: Leverage analytics and market insights to pinpoint opportunities, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and assess the effectiveness of monetization strategies.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to implement monetization strategies and ensure seamless communication.

  • User and Seller Experience Enhancement: Strive to balance revenue objectives with the creation of meaningful, user-friendly experiences for buyers and sellers on the platform.
